A beef ragu over brown rice pasta, braised cabbage, and roasted butternut

The simplest possible ragu comes out of my freezer. A pound of ground beef, browned, braised in a quart of my homemade cherry tomato and herb sauce. I served it tonight over some rigatoni, with a grating of Parmesan cheese on top. Oven roasted butternut squash, and cabbage braised in a little venison stock and some butter.
