Jan 22 – Stuffed Chicken again

It was frozen steak for hubby and leftover stuffed chicken thighs for me with salad. We had been gone most of the day so it was great to have a “no-brainer” meal. This whole thing about cooking frozen steaks is a revelation to me. I’d always let them thaw in the fridge before cooking. No more. They taste wonderful quick-thawed. He ate leftover Spanish rice and I didn’t. Enjoy your dinner! V.
