March 1- Veggie Stir- Fry with Turkey Sausage

Before my birthday celebration dinner, hubby and I had been to town to shop and run errands. I picked up my usual slew of veggies at the store in addition to all that I’d obtained at the roadside fruit stand on my way home from California earlier in the week.

Tonight’s dinner was a veggie stir-fry with green beans, zucchini and yellow squash, carrot and mushrooms. I added some pre-cooked turkey sausage in for protein. It was amazing. Hubby had leftover BBQ ribs and corn on the cob. Enjoy your dinner! V.
