March 3- Chicken and Fruit Salad

I had so much fruit from the roadside stand in CA that I felt I’d better get it eaten. I sliced, pared and peeled to prep all the fruit while the meat was cooking. Tonight’s dinner was a package of chicken drumsticks baked with lemon-pepper and garlic, and a fruit-salad. Added a side of rice to hubby’s and it was delicious. Enjoy your dinner! V.
