March 15 – Red Beans and Rice

Hubby brought in some ground meat which I browned and made a pot of red beans and rice (one of his favorite meals). I left around 9 am for a horse and carriage club event. When I returned home, I baked some butternut squash and defrosted some corn on the cob. I went out and rode my horse and by the time I came back in the squash was baked and all I had to do was put it all together and serve it. Enjoy your dinner! V.
