The last of the crock pot pork got shredded and browned with onion peppers and some hot pepper sauce. I fried some shells and made tacos for hubby who truly could eat Mexican food every day. I chopped onion, lettuce and tomato, and topped the tacos with that. What was left became my taco salad. There was a little bit of the taco meat left, so I just put it on top. Enjoy your dinner! V.
