Hubby’s shopping trip to the chest freezer in the barn produced two small steaks. I pan-fried them and served them up with potatoes and steamed zucchini squash. I made a sort of a fish cake without breadcrumbs using canned mackerel and garbanzo beans. I mashed the cooked garbanzo beans into the mackerel, seasoned and added an egg for a binder. These fried up pretty well considering, and tasted alright with some hot sauce. Enjoy your dinner! V.
