Ras al hanout chicken, butternut squash, and collards

Mm, ras al hanout. It’s fragrant and goes on any kind of meat. I seasoned a baking tray full of whole chicken thighs with salt and this seasoning blend. The butternut squash is one of the last vegetables from last year that I’d frozen. The collards are fresh but not local. I am looking forward to the next farm share season starting up. It will be at least a month and a half.
