I’m a fan of Great Wall in Florence, MA, particularly their gourmet menu. I’ve had their South China style pork, a layered casserole, and thought it was the really tasty. This is even better: the pork with spicy Szechuan pickle. It is just a little spicy, the way I like it. The peppers are more prominent, and there are more crunchy vegetables, a plus. I ordered an appetizer of dumplings. Kevin got scallion pancakes, and a duck entree, and we shared. We’re still watching season one of “Doctor Who.” For dessert, we had slices of cheesecake and strawberries left over from last night’s seder.
