Like coq au vin but without mushrooms, and seasoned with basil and parsley. Brown rice and steamed sugar snap peas on the side.
Pork roast that I pulled apart and dressed with Sticky Fingers Memphis style sauce, on buttered and griddled bread. On the side is kohlrabi with ginger, garlic, and red pepper flake.
