Pan fried with some fresh ginger. In the same pan, I made the turnips and baby bok choy with plenty of garlic, scallions, and garlic scapes. Some brown rice.
Pork roast that I pulled apart and dressed with Sticky Fingers Memphis style sauce, on buttered and griddled bread. On the side is kohlrabi with ginger, garlic, and red pepper flake.
They look like they’re trying to escape. The pickles are crawling from the scene of kohlrabi, pork roast, and potatoes that I cooked in the pork renderings.
A basil and mint pesto on the chicken thighs, which I roasted in the same pan with turnips, fennel, onions, garlic scapes, and summer squashes. Over brown rice, with a side of steamed sugar snap and snow peas.
