Chicken pot pie
This is the twin of the pie we ate for Christmas Eve dinner. I wrapped this one up in about ten sheets of cling wrap and put it in the freezer, so we could eat it around Valentine’s Day. I took it out a few days ago and put it in the fridge to thaw. Our usual gathering with our friends got moved from yesterday to today, so I heated up the pie for us tonight.
